Every call
answered.

An AI receptionist for your practice. It answers, books and escalates — forward your line and callers never dial anything new.

6:05 PM

You could answer. That's the problem.

The screen lights up on the table between you and the client whose hour this is. Reaching for it costs you the one you already have.

They're working through a list.

They've been meaning to hire someone for weeks and picked today to make the calls. Yours rang out, so they moved to the next name on it.

That was never you. You were working.

In the room, on the client's hour, being exactly as present as they are paying you to be.

Three calls nobody had to
leave the room for.

Illustrative — these are real shapes of call your receptionist handles, not customer stories. Booking and rescheduling are Professional and above.

“Do you take on smaller businesses, or is it mainly the big ones?”
ReceptionistBoth, and plenty of smaller ones. The first step is a call with a consultant, no charge — shall I find you a time?
→ Discovery call booked Tuesday 9:30 · context captured
8:15 AM · Before the first client
“Something's come up — can we move Thursday's session?”
ReceptionistI can move it. There's Monday at 2:00 or Wednesday morning — which suits you better?
→ Rescheduled · the hour went back on the calendar
Sat 10:40 AM · Weekend
“Roughly what does an engagement like this cost?”
ReceptionistThat depends on the scope, so I won't guess at a number — I can note what you're after and have a consultant come back to you on it.

What it does

A front desk that never
interrupts the room.

01

Answers & routes

Picks up while you're in session, answers questions from your knowledge base, and transfers to a person when someone needs one.

02

Takes messages & escalates

Captures who called and what they're dealing with, emails you the moment a message is taken, and flags the urgent ones on the call record.

03

Logs every call

Transcript, summary and outcome for every conversation — so an enquiry never depends on what you remember after a long day.

Before you ask

The four things everyone asks first.

Do I have to change my number?

No. Keep the number on your website and your listings and forward it to the line we provision — callers dial exactly what they always have. During setup you rank up to three preferred area codes; we try them in order, and if none have numbers free you get the next one that does.

How long does setup take?

About fifteen to twenty minutes in the wizard — your business, a voice, payment. The receptionist goes live on its own number; forwarding your published line to it is a separate quick change with your carrier.

How are minutes counted?

Connected call time only, rounded up to the next full minute per call. Calls that never connect cost nothing. Overage is $0.35 a minute.

Will it put off a serious prospect?

You pick the voice and you write what it says — what you do, who you work with, and the answers you would give. For anything that depends on scope it books the conversation rather than guessing at a number. When someone wants a person, it transfers by your rules or takes a message and emails it to you straight away.
