SMS Terms & Conditions

GrayWorks Services offers two kinds of text messages, each with its own opt-in. Customer-care and account messages cover things like account verification, setup status, appointment and booking notifications, service alerts, billing and account notices, and replies to support requests you make. Marketing messages are occasional promotional texts about GrayWorks Services, sent only if you separately opt in to marketing.

Message frequency varies with your account activity and preferences. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. GrayWorks does not charge for receiving texts; your carrier's standard rates apply.

Reply STOP to any GrayWorks text to stop receiving messages of that kind. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at support@grayworks.services or (771) 223-4274. Opting out of marketing messages does not affect customer-care messages you have opted into, and opting out of any text messages does not close or affect your GrayWorks account or subscription.

Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing or using GrayWorks Services. You can use every feature of the Service without opting in to marketing texts.

You can change your marketing-message preference at any time from the Communication preferences section of your billing page, by replying STOP or START to our texts, or by emailing support@grayworks.services. Customer-care message preferences can be changed through support.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is outside GrayWorks' control.

Phone numbers and message preferences are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your phone number, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
