AI medical receptionist

The phone stops ringing out
while you are with a patient.

An AI receptionist for your practice. It answers, books and routes — forward your line and patients never dial anything new.

Or hear it first — call the AI receptionist on (202) 335-4047

Illustrative

Three calls your desk didn’t have to take.

Illustrative — these are real shapes of call your receptionist handles, not patient stories. Booking and rescheduling are Professional and above.

8:05 AM · Rescheduling

“I need to move my Thursday appointment, the line's been engaged since you opened.”

I can move that now. I have Thursday at 4:15 or Friday at 5:00 — which suits you better?

Rescheduled · confirmation sent · desk never paged

12:30 PM · New patient

“Are you taking new patients, and do you take my insurance?”

We are. I can take your details and get you booked in, and I'll note your insurer so the desk can confirm before your visit.

Details captured · booked · flagged for verification

7:40 PM · After hours

“I've been told to call if things get worse after my procedure today.”

I'm putting you through to the clinician on call now. Let me take your name and number first in case we get cut off.

Escalated to on-call clinician · callback number captured

Don’t take our word for it.

Call the demo line right now and talk to it. Ask it something difficult.

What it does

A front desk that never puts a patient on hold.

Answers & books

Picks up on the first ring, answers the questions that fill your day — hours, location, parking, what to bring — and books or reschedules from your calendar.

Routes the urgent ones

Calls you have flagged as urgent reach your on-call clinician by your rules. It routes and takes details; it does not assess symptoms or give clinical advice.

Logs every call

Transcript, summary and outcome for every conversation — so nothing lives only in someone's memory.

Why isn't there a free trial?

Your receptionist is generated from your actual business details — hours, services, escalation rules — so there isn't a generic version to trial. Hear it first instead: call the demo line on (202) 335-4047 — it's the same AI you'd be paying for. Plans are month-to-month with no contract, so you can cancel anytime from your billing page if it's not a fit.

How it works

Live before your next missed call

  1. Tell us about your business

Add your hours, services, FAQs, and call-handling preferences.

  2. Personalize your receptionist

Choose a voice, greeting, routing rules, and the actions it can perform.

  3. Go live

Connect or forward your number and let your AI receptionist start answering.

Before you ask

The four things everyone asks first.

Do I have to change my number?

No. Keep the number on your website, your door and your appointment cards and forward it to the line we provision — patients dial exactly what they always have. During setup you rank up to three preferred area codes; we try them in order, and if none have numbers free you get the next one that does.

How long does setup take?

About fifteen to twenty minutes in the wizard — your business, a voice, payment. The receptionist goes live on its own number; forwarding your published line to it is a separate quick change with your carrier.

Is it HIPAA compliant?

Our Terms put that decision with you: if you are a HIPAA covered entity, you are responsible for determining whether the service is appropriate for your use, and the same applies to the call-recording notice and consent laws where you practise. Read the Terms and the Call Recording page before you sign up, and talk to us first if you need a Business Associate Agreement in place.

Does it give medical advice?

No, and it is not built to. It answers logistics — hours, location, what to bring, scheduling — books and reschedules, and routes anything you have flagged as urgent to the clinician on call. Assessment stays with your people.
