Illustrative
Three calls you didn’t have to take.
Illustrative — these are real shapes of call your receptionist handles, not customer stories. Booking and rescheduling are Professional and above.
11:20 PM · No heat
“The furnace has packed up and the house is freezing — we've got a baby here.”
I'm getting someone to you. Can you tell me the address and whether the thermostat has any display at all?
Escalated to on-call tech · address captured · owner emailed
6:05 AM · Commercial
“Our walk-in cooler is at fifty degrees and we open at eleven.”
That's a same-day priority. I have an engineer who can be with you before ten — shall I book that in?
Booked 9:30 AM · flagged priority
Sun 2:15 PM · Maintenance
“I want to get the AC serviced before summer, what does that run?”
A standard service is on our price list — I can book it now and the tech will confirm on site if anything else is needed.
Booked Tuesday · no callback needed
Don’t take our word for it.
Call the demo line right now and talk to it. Ask it something difficult.

What it does
A front desk that knows a breakdown from a booking.
Answers & triages
Picks up on the first ring, takes the address and the fault, and decides by your rules whether it is a callout tonight or a booking tomorrow.
Escalates the emergencies
No-heat, no-cool and gas-smell calls reach your on-call tech the way you set it — transferred, or a message emailed the moment it is taken and flagged urgent.
Logs every call
Transcript, summary and outcome for every conversation — so nothing lives only in someone's memory.

Why isn't there a free trial?
Your receptionist is generated from your actual business details — hours, services, escalation rules — so there isn't a generic version to trial. Hear it first instead: call the demo line on (202) 335-4047 — it's the same AI you'd be paying for. Plans are month-to-month with no contract, so you can cancel anytime from your billing page if it's not a fit.
How it works
Live before your next missed call
Tell us about your business
Add your hours, services, FAQs, and call-handling preferences.
Personalize your receptionist
Choose a voice, greeting, routing rules, and the actions it can perform.
Go live
Connect or forward your number and let your AI receptionist start answering.
Before you ask
The four things everyone asks first.
Do I have to change my number?
No. Keep the number on your vans and your invoices and forward it to the line we provision — callers dial exactly what they always have. During setup you rank up to three preferred area codes; we try them in order, and if none have numbers free you get the next one that does.
How long does setup take?
About fifteen to twenty minutes in the wizard — your business, a voice, payment. The receptionist goes live on its own number; forwarding your published line to it is a separate quick change with your carrier.
How are minutes counted?
Connected call time only, rounded up to the next full minute per call. Calls that never connect cost nothing. Overage is $0.35 a minute.
Can it tell an emergency from a routine call?
By your rules, which you set during setup. You decide what always wakes someone — no heat, no cool, a gas smell, a commercial account — and everything else is answered, logged and waiting for you in the morning.
