Illustrative
Three calls you didn’t have to take.
Illustrative — these are real shapes of call your receptionist handles, not customer stories. Booking and rescheduling are Professional and above.
1:30 AM · Emergency
“Water is coming through the ceiling in 4B and I don't know where it's from.”
I'm treating this as an emergency. What's the unit above 4B, and is anyone home there now?
Escalated to on-call · unit and access noted
9:15 AM · Maintenance
“The kitchen tap in 12 has been dripping for a week.”
I've logged that for maintenance with the unit number. Is there a time of day that suits for access?
Message logged · access window captured
Sat 11:40 AM · Leasing
“Is the two-bed on Elm still available and what's the deposit?”
I can tell you what's listed and take your details so the leasing team can arrange a viewing.
Enquiry captured · passed to leasing
Don’t take our word for it.

What it does
A front desk for every door you manage.
Answers tenants
Picks up on the first ring, takes the unit and the issue, and answers the routine questions — hours, rent dates, how to report a repair — from your own material.
Triages maintenance
Sorts a flood from a dripping tap by the rules you set, escalates the ones that cannot wait, and holds the rest as messages with the details already written down.
Logs every call
Transcript, summary and outcome for every conversation — so nothing lives only in someone's memory.

Why isn't there a free trial?
Your receptionist is generated from your actual business details — hours, services, escalation rules — so there isn't a generic version to trial. Hear it first instead: call the demo line on (202) 335-4047 — it's the same AI you'd be paying for. Plans are month-to-month with no contract, so you can cancel anytime from your billing page if it's not a fit.
How it works
Live before your next missed call
Tell us about your business
Add your hours, services, FAQs, and call-handling preferences.
Personalize your receptionist
Choose a voice, greeting, routing rules, and the actions it can perform.
Go live
Connect or forward your number and let your AI receptionist start answering.
Before you ask
The four things everyone asks first.
Do I have to change my number?
No. Keep the number on your listings, your leases and your tenant portal and forward it to the line we provision — tenants dial exactly what they always have. During setup you rank up to three preferred area codes; we try them in order, and if none have numbers free you get the next one that does.
How long does setup take?
About fifteen to twenty minutes in the wizard — your business, a voice, payment. The receptionist goes live on its own number; forwarding your published line to it is a separate quick change with your carrier.
How are minutes counted?
Connected call time only, rounded up to the next full minute per call. Calls that never connect cost nothing. Overage is $0.35 a minute.
Can it tell an emergency from a routine repair?
By your rules, which you set during setup. Flooding, no heat, no power and lockouts can go straight to your on-call contact, while a dripping tap is logged with the unit number and waits for the morning.
