Every call
answered.

An AI receptionist for your crew. It answers, books and escalates — forward your line and callers never dial anything new.

5:48 PM

The crew is out. The phone is in the yard.

Everyone is on a machine or strapping one down. The phone lights up on a workbench forty feet away and nobody hears a thing.

Yours was the first number they tried.

They're ringing round for a price. It rang out in an empty office — so they moved on to the next name on the list.

That was never you. You were loading out.

Ratchet strap in one hand, tailgate in the other, at the end of a day that started at seven.

Answered

Illustrative

Three calls nobody had to
climb off a machine for.

Illustrative — these are real shapes of call your receptionist handles, not customer stories. Booking and rescheduling are Professional and above.

“I'm after a price for doing the back garden — turf and a patio.”
ReceptionistFor a job that size someone comes out and measures up first, and the estimate is free. I have Tuesday at eight or Thursday afternoon.
→ On-site estimate booked Tuesday 8:00 · address and job noted
7:20 AM · Machines running
“Can you push my Thursday cut to Friday? The grass is soaked.”
ReceptionistI can move it. Friday morning or Friday after two — which works better for you?
→ Rescheduled · the crew's run sheet updated
Sun 2:15 PM · Closed
“Do you take on tree work, or is it just gardens and lawns?”
ReceptionistI can tell you what the crew does and doesn't take on, and note down what you need so someone can come back to you on it.

Before you ask

The four things everyone asks first.

Do I have to change my number?

No. Keep the number on your van and your listings and forward it to the line we provision — callers dial exactly what they always have. During setup you rank up to three preferred area codes; we try them in order, and if none have numbers free you get the next one that does.

How long does setup take?

About fifteen to twenty minutes in the wizard — your business, a voice, payment. The receptionist goes live on its own number; forwarding your published line to it is a separate quick change with your carrier.

How are minutes counted?

Connected call time only, rounded up to the next full minute per call. Calls that never connect cost nothing. Overage is $0.35 a minute.

Will it price a job I haven't seen?

Only what you write down. You give it your services, your hours and your answers — and for anything that needs measuring it books the site visit instead of guessing at a number. When someone wants a person, it transfers by your rules or takes a message and emails it to you straight away.
