Every call
answered.

An AI receptionist for your salon. It answers, books and escalates — forward your line and clients never dial anything new.

7:10 PM

Every chair is full. The desk is not.

Colour is processing, the basin is running and every pair of hands in the building is in someone's hair. The phone rings at an empty front desk.

They called you first.

That part already happened. They picked you, they dialled, and nobody picked up — so the phone goes face-down and the search goes back on.

That was never you. Your hands were full.

Mid-application, gloves on, a timer running on someone who booked your full attention — and watching you not reach for the phone.

Answered

Your receptionist picked up.

Took the name and the number, explained how a first colour appointment works, and put them in the book for Saturday.

Forty-eight
seconds.

Transcript, summary and a Saturday appointment — all of it done before the timer went off.

They don't call twice.

Live in about 15 minutes, then forward your line. Answering from $39/month, booking from $129. Cancel anytime.

Three calls nobody had to
put down a brush for.

Illustrative — these are real shapes of call your receptionist handles, not customer stories. Booking and rescheduling are Professional and above.

“Do you have anything Saturday? I need a colour and a cut.”
ReceptionistI have 10:30 with a senior stylist, or quarter past one — a first colour starts with a consultation, so I'll leave a little longer for it.

“I can't make Thursday — can I move it and keep the same stylist?”
ReceptionistI can move it. She has Friday at 2:00 or Saturday at 11:30 — which suits you?
→ Rescheduled · same stylist · the slot went back on the book
Sun 11:20 AM · Closed
“Do you do balayage on curly hair, and roughly how long does it take?”
ReceptionistWe do, and it's usually a long appointment — I can note what you're after and have a stylist confirm the timing with you.

Before you ask

The four things everyone asks first.

Do I have to change my number?

No. Keep the number on your window and your listings and forward it to the line we provision — clients dial exactly what they always have. During setup you rank up to three preferred area codes; we try them in order, and if none have numbers free you get the next one that does.

How long does setup take?

About fifteen to twenty minutes in the wizard — your business, a voice, payment. The receptionist goes live on its own number; forwarding your published line to it is a separate quick change with your carrier.

How are minutes counted?

Connected call time only, rounded up to the next full minute per call. Calls that never connect cost nothing. Overage is $0.35 a minute.

Will it quote prices I haven't agreed to?

Only what you write down. You give it your services, your hours and your answers — and for anything that depends on the hair in the chair, it books the consultation instead of guessing. When someone wants a person, it transfers by your rules or takes a message and emails it to you straight away.
