Every call
answered.

An AI receptionist for your studio. It answers, books and escalates — forward your line and callers never dial anything new.

6:40 PM

The floor is full. The desk is not.

Every coach you have is mid-session. The phone rings at the front desk and there is nobody free to reach it.

Someone has been meaning to call for months.

Tonight they finally did — after work, before they talked themselves out of it again.

That was never you. You were coaching.

Spotting a bar. Counting a class down. With a client who booked your full attention and is watching you not check your phone.

Answered

Your receptionist picked up.

Took the name and the number, answered what the sessions involve, and put an intro consult in the book.

Fifty-one
seconds.

Transcript, summary and a Thursday consult — all of it done before you racked the bar.

You'll never lose another one.

Live in about 15 minutes, then forward your line. Answering from $39/month, booking from $129. Cancel anytime.

Illustrative

Three calls nobody had to
leave the floor for.

Illustrative — these are real shapes of call your receptionist handles, not customer stories. Booking and rescheduling are Professional and above.

6:40 PM · Peak session
“I've been meaning to ring for ages — do you do one-to-one, or is it all classes?”
ReceptionistWe do both. There's a thirty-minute intro consult with a coach first, no charge — shall I find you a time?
→ Intro consult booked Thursday · name and number captured
12:10 PM · Between sessions
“I can't make my 7am tomorrow — can I move it without losing the session?”
ReceptionistI can move it. I have Wednesday at 7:00 or Thursday at 6:30 — which suits?
→ Rescheduled · coach's calendar updated · no session lost
Sat 9:05 AM · Class running
“Is the Saturday circuit full, and do I need to bring anything?”
ReceptionistThere's space, and everything's provided — just trainers and water. Would you like me to put you down?
→ Answered from the knowledge base · place held

Before you ask

The four things everyone asks first.

Do I have to change my number?

No. Keep the number on your door and your listings and forward it to the line we provision — callers dial exactly what they always have. During setup you rank up to three preferred area codes; we try them in order, and if none have numbers free you get the next one that does.

How long does setup take?

About fifteen to twenty minutes in the wizard — your business, a voice, payment. The receptionist goes live on its own number; forwarding your published line to it is a separate quick change with your carrier.

How are minutes counted?

Connected call time only, rounded up to the next full minute per call. Calls that never connect cost nothing. Overage is $0.35 a minute.

Will it sound like a machine to my clients?

You pick the voice and you write what it says — your hours, your services, your answers. When someone wants a person, it transfers by your rules or takes a message and emails it to you straight away.

The next one is
already dialling.

Give it your hours and your services and it will be answering before your next session ends.
